Get clear. Make time to access how you are feeling physically. How much stress are you under and how do you deal with it? How healthy are your habits and do you always act in your own best interest healthwise and otherwise?
Get courageous. Take action to make the shifts and changes necessary to move beyond managing to get by, running on coffee, lack of adequate sleep, and other inefficient substances and practices. Change is always difficult and requires the courage to just say no to all the ways you sabotage your health while simultaneously saying YES to more positive ways of doing and being.

As a HealthWise Coach I have been exploring and studying positive approaches to health and vitality for more than 40 years. I grew up in the restaurant business and I am a foodie. My approach is grounded in these roots as well as in my training as a nutritionist and cooking teacher for Natural Gourmet in NYC focused on starting with the purest, most nutrient dense foods available, prepared in ways that preserve their vitality and taste. I am passionate about honoring the body with good food, smart habits, mindful practices, and ample time for rest and renewal.
